If I had to describe myself in word I guess it would be survivor…lost in a world of drug use, abuse and harm to myself, I lost a grip of who I truly am…I was robbing myself of my true potential. But now, it’s a different story. For the first time in my life, I love myself and respect my mind and body. Thank you for listening to me and for taking the time to work with me.

Nichole has been amazing to talk to after the difficulties I have been through recently in my family and marriage relationships. You always cared and seemed to understand where I was coming from and knew how to guide me through so many emotional roller-coasters that I had to deal with. Things I never knew had so much control over my life and kept me from being able to myself…sifting through the beliefs, picking out the irrational ones and challenging them. Sometimes your feedback had answers. Sometimes your feedback had answers. Sometimes I had to sit on it for a while. What you would suggest me to read was helpful and gave me a stronger bond with God.
